I've got a full stainless steel scorpion 318is system and was wandering would it fit onto my facelift M40 318i?

If it wont, which parts would need modifying?

I've got a friend at powerflow who will be fitting it and would like to know which bits would need changing or if its a bolt on.

the down pipes and flange to manifold will need fettling .
