could someone please post a photo of a standard (preferably OE) 325 backbox from a 2Pc system. It has to be the one that was for the mtec2 spoiler cars. The box doesnt have to be off the car, but I need to be able to see the tailpipes clearly. Thanks

fight fight fight
OE ones are NOT always angled out at the rear.
The original is still on my car and is 'straight', and I've got an OE BMW replacement waiting for the old one to fall off, and that is also 'straight' at the back.
you want me to go and get a picture? eh? eh? eh?
OK

I should have said my car is NOT Mtec2, but were the exhausts different? I doubt it.
Obviously you can have Black or Chrome metal sleeves on the ends of the pipes - my car had the Black ones.

Not all, M-tech kitted cars require pipes that angle them come out straight, otherwise they would contact the valence...TOURINGDADDY wrote:not a pic but oe ones are angled out of the rear
Here's the ones that were on my old sport, not quite what you might want to see though...

And here was the one that was on the one I sold recently...

Simons first photo is exactly the same as my exhaust looks on the car.

The pics don't show on my computer, but the exhaust I scraped had a big back box and the exhaust exiting on a stright angle, not kinked angle. Then again, It was a 3 piece!

thanks for all that. it looks like the 2Pc Mtec comes out angled then kinks to exit straight. Whereas, the 3Pc is straight. The europarts 2Pc one is angled and doesnt fit the spoiler correctly, can anyone shed some light on the GSF one or other makes?
