hi mate, the only thing you can really try is to replace all seals ( like the rubbers at the top of the window and the biy the roof clamps down too ) mine leaks a little where the front windows meet the roof right in the corner and i reakon there aint many that dont leak. my mate has a hard top on his e30 and that still leaks. think its some think you have to put up with for owning a cool car!
get some pics up of your car mate.

So these rubber seals, are they dear? Where can i get them? are they easy to fit? So many questions! I will post a picture as soon as i remember to buy batteries for me camera. I'm looking foreward to the lakeside meet, (first timer), especially as i live less than two miles away.

Rubber seal that goes around the front edge of the roof is about Ԛ£85 if memory serves me correct (had to change mine two years ago).
Had to get it from the stealer because I didn't know where else to go.
Fairly easy to fit but make sure you've got some silicone grease. Makes fitting a hell of a lot easier!!!
A little bit of the grease where the corner of the roof seal slides against the corner of the windscreen surround seal (hope that makes sense) is a good tip. If these two parts are dry, they tend to leak quite a bit.

If it leaks through the canvas then try Autoglym reproofer, spot on stuff but apply it heavily with a paint brush as oppsed to the supplied sprayer which is useless.
