no especially on a plastic bumper car. A nice Zinnoberrot Chromy can look O.K, even nice with chrome wheel arches.

Mtech 2 spoiler is also wrong

There's quite a few about with the chrome arches, were they an option on the early cars ?

Never an option, just there to cover up/create rust.

Ziggy, I would never put them on my own car....

Dont't do it!!

Someone told me that they only fit on rusted arches, made me chuckle!

Mate seriously, dont be tempted to put them on,colour coded or not!

As someone has already said, they are only there to create or cover up rust.

I scrapped a 1987 316 a few months ago that had these fitted. It was in surprisingly good cond for year but the back inner/outer wheel arches were rotted away!

Probably one of the worse things you can do to an E30 in my experience, and look awful too!

but it your car.....
