Hokay, I'm mainly interested in this because I want to work out what my leather colour's called, but does anyone know what the trim options were on all our cars?!
Ie what colour leathers where available when? What you could get in a convertible? Which were exclusive to the motorsport cabs, etc etc etc...
Mine's kinda cream coloured leather (87 325i cab)... It's definately not the same as the beige/tan colour, or the "silver" that I've seen on other cars... Any ideas?!

Ziggy, if you go onto the realoem site, and look under whatever car you'd like to look up, go to seats and then click on sport seats, it lists all the colours, and different leathers that were available for the car.

I'm guessing mine is "NATUR"?! & "PERLBEIGE" would be the tan coloured one?
Does anyone know what "NATUR" is supposed to look like!?

Hmmm.... maybe mine's "perlbeige" then - it's a light cream colour, kinda like a pearl I suppose!
I like the fact that there were 2 different *red* leathers available!

Have you tried lifting the rear seat base?
There's 'normally' a label under here with the code printed on it, a sort of spec label for when the car is being made, take a look, if it's there it should reveal all!
Failing that a quick phone call to the dealers, or get the print out for your car, that will give the colour code.
