H reg e30 320 i cold starting probs

hi can any 1 help be 4 i start spending loads. my 320i has become a total sod to start in the mornings now the weathers changed & once it starts you have to rev it like mad to clear the lumpyness gona clean the iderler valve week end.but that was cleand in april when i bought it do they get messed up a lot? is there a cold start senser that mite of packed up? would b glad of any help. it is well serviced its just turning 155 tho miles onnce its warm it goes like a dream no misses or splutters many thanks andy

My dad had this problem with his car, turned out to be moisture under the distributor cap. Sounds a bit obvious but worth checking as its free to fix if it is that!
