Ummmm not really, although if you did one every day I suppose it wouldn't be good for your wallet 
When I first got my car i did 2 in 3 months as i did not know when it was last done, and now i just do them when the service light comes on, which will be this weekend, the last one being at easter so about 6-8,000 miles ago. Prevention is better than cure.

The only thing that I hate about oil changes is waiting for the system to prime again. Would've thought that'd be the main drawback.
