Hi everyone,
i have an e30 m3 and am going to replace the tensioner which e36 tensioner should i use, the 3.0 non evo or the 3.2 evo are there any benefits or drawbacks??

Hi mate
Pretty sure it's the E36 M3 evo tensioner you will be needing, as I think the original E36 3.0 M3 came with the same tensioner as the E30 M3.
Also, I've read on a forum somewhere that BMW themselves have replaced the old part number with the new one from the E36 M3 evo.

OK, having just had a quick look for this guide, it says both E36 M3's have same part..
