Right guys, the Wiki main page has changed again:
http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/index.php/Main_Page
The search is rubbish. I'm working on that, but in the meantime the main page has been redesigned to give you quicker access to the info, especially the Technical stuff. Have a click and let me know what you think.

redcar and kieran, could you gie me some idea what you're nattering on about? I just need opinions on the front page layout

Front page layout is good as I said earlier.....
After clicking the link 'Interior' I found this - All E30s were capable of seating 5 people, although the fifth passenger may be rather cramped, even in the Touring.
Not so true as the M3 can only carry 4.

Simple answer is no; it seems the whole thing needs to be rewritten. I'll put it in my "To Do" list.0010 wrote:the zip in this article http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/inde ... onversions

Nice work, its a big improvement
You're Wiki mad!!!!!!!!
We going to combine that with the new Steering page? Or leave as a seperate one? To be honest that need ripping apart and starting from scratch. Will see what i can do but not got a lot of time thanks to work over the next couple of weeks!Grrrmachine wrote:Simple answer is no; it seems the whole thing needs to be rewritten. Good work.
Just a note, in the wheels section the pic i gave you they are Lexmaul Exips, ie Lexmaul is the manufacturer not the model.

Cheers for all the comments guys!
It's only while winter lasts. Once it warms up I'll spend more time in the garage and less time on hereKedge wrote:You're Wiki mad!!!!!!!!

I like it, but could you put a print button on so that any page can be printed out on A4 nicely, please? Thanks.

Great idea! Next I'd like a 3d model of the car that I can rotate, then click a relevant part or sub assembly of the car for a link?

Can anyone suggest how to test if the boot lights are staying on with the boot shut?

Your browser should already contain a "Print" button. I can't add one to each page.Gert_8 wrote:I like it, but could you put a print button on so that any page can be printed out on A4 nicely, please? Thanks.
Sounds flashy, but is a $50 solution to a $10 problem. You can already click through the Technical pages to get to each section; Main Page to Limited Slip Diff is only four clicks.e301988325i wrote:Great idea! I'd love to incorporate all your ideas, but I can't make any technical changes to how the Wiki works, just what info is on each page. All the other comments about incorrect info have (hopefully) been amended, but if you come across any others, let me know.
