just got home with the new addition. Can't believe how much of a new car it feels! All the switches just feel like they have come from the factory! Pretty nice to drive as well for an m40. Has two bits of rust on the whole thing, one near the rear lamp and some tiny specle bits by the drivers door handle (other keys no doubt...) The Air con even works properly as well.

One little picture for now... will update!

Its got 62 000 on it FSH and one owner who imported it from South africa!

The dash/glovebox etc does not squeek one bit! the switches don't feel sloppy like they do in my 87 122 000miler.

The thing has roughly done 4000 miles a year since it was new...

All it needs is a m30! and some red bumpers (not m-tech 2!) and some sports suspension.

Rather worringly the brakes on it are better than my old car which has vented IS brakes.. and new lines! It must be the servo or somthing...

Yer an m30 and tech 2 kit would finish it off. Its a good find, not many m40's have low miles on them, and they go 'tappy' when they get too many miles on them.

!!!

Its not tappy really (can here it a little bit) will do an oil change and a flush soon which will help. M40 will be gone way before it get to 100 000 though!

M40 doesn't sound as nice by a long way compared to the old m10.
