Hi folks,

as some you may know my M3 is wrapped up in its romper suit and is tucked up in it's cot for the winter.

With the daughter of Santa not allowing me to use her lovely 330d to run about in I was left with the old Honda Civic we've had since the day before grass.

Well if you can cast you minds back to the meet at BM Motors in March there was an old gentleman there by the name of Ron who was trying to sell his immaculate 325i sport.

Well as luck would have it, it once more came up for sale, and well to cut a long boring story short it will now be mine on Tuesday

That's not Ron Parish's car! Ron has a G plate, and this one is a H plate, Ron's also has genuine alpina's, and not replicas.

No it's not Ron Parish's, but another Ron's car. The other one is owned buy a guy not that far from where I live. He has spent quite alot of money in getting it to an excellent standard as well.

You can see more pic's at http://www.bmwccscotland.co.uk/bmwcc/me ... ndex3.html

Hello gary!

I thought it was yourself when you were talking about BM Motors. So you're "tucking your M3 away", hope she doesn't get jealous of you playing with other E30's... the Sport looks class mate. Congrat's

Me, Wullie and every other E30 owner up here are gonna be jealous of you, a minted Sport & M3...
'89 325i - was an SE but not anymore, was bronze-beige metallic (yeuch!) but now techno-violet (thankfully)
'89 Toyota Corolla GTi-16 - track, hillclimb & sprint car (yeeha!)
'08 Buell XB12Ss - American engineering at it's 'best'... good fun though

Cheers mate, how you doing?

Yeah well it was all that talk of 325's at the last meet and the sound of your engine being fired up that persuded me to fall back into the straight six fold.

Hope to meet you again, might bring out the M3 Sport Evo to play next time

Hello Gary,

Doing fine mate. Still plodding on with my car, onto my third "list as long as my arm" of things to do... though in some ways that's why I have her. :D

Looking forward to seeing your M3 Sport Evo, seen pictures (at least I believe she was yours) but not in the flesh.

Enjoy your sport too.

Gary
