Can someone please tell me what exactly is the difference between a standard M20B25 engine and a Hartge 325is engine?

How do I tell if its a real Hartge other than just that the rocker cover has Hartge written on it?

I am thinking of swapping my M20B20 for something bigger. i want it to be plug and play and a simple, strong, reliable engine. Should I just stick with a standard M20B25?

a 325i with a Hartge conversion are know and the H26 H27 and H27sp

H26 is the basic conversion had head and cam work, and with out taking it apart or at least taking the rocker cover off and trying to find some sort of marking on the cam it is impossible to know

H27's had capacity increases and H27sp's had ITB's ( individual throttle bodies) which is obvious
