I have just bought a boot box from the bay and was wondering if I paid over the odds or not? I have a use for it so not such a problem but wondered what it is worth as I have not seen one before?

That one you have underneath is cool. That would most likely be all I need - I notice you cannot use bungee ropes with the big box but My dog can get a dirty as she likes and I have no problems letting her into the car!!!

This is the one I got for £30

What does yours say above the BMW embossing ? Is it the same as mine :?

I find them a superb extra 8)

One thing I have noticed when carrying large items with the rear seat down, ie carrying a prop shaft, it's difficult to lie items down, I sometimes leave mine in the garage at times.

Yeah mine is has the BMW embossed on it. Even has the hazard and first aid stickers on it - but it will need some elbow grease to get it looking a bit better.

Morat, how do you secure your dog bed in the box? Any sign of the baby yet? My wife is due at the end of June! Scary!!

The dog bed is secured by the weight of two basset hounds :) It does slide round a bit but I only accept complaints in writing.
Wife doing well thanks, due first week in July. I'll be asking advice for the first 18 years :)

30 pounds is a good price for a very useful touring accessory, esp. if the car is a daily.

i got mine in Liverpool and thanks to the advice of Kos  , it came back to Oz as part of my baggage.
