IIFC 19mm impact is the wepon of choice mate.

Although they are round it should still work. You will need a big hammer, if you get stuck bring it over, i will sort it for you for a couple of bears

easy just take the car to the dealer, they keep 1 f every key made!!! short of that a semi blunt chizzel and a big hammer works every time especially if you've done them up far to tight!!!

Weld a nut on it, or get ATS to, that another suggestion that actually works (from experience)

HTH if suggestion one fails
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

I seem to remember seeing some rather spectacular welding efforts of yours Alex....

Smash a normal wheel bolt into the locking wheel nut and then mig them together. Job jobbed.

No, a vice would help though.

Otherwise wind the locking nut back in by hand, Work the socket up and down and side to side with an extention.

Big hammer FTW

I've had that style on a couple of 30s Alex.

The missus's E36 didn't come with the socket to take the nuts off, but we knew the socket number. When we went to the dealers they wanted to see proof of ownership and the car itself - was a few years ago mind.

I've got a couple of sledgehammers in the van, but as Mick says, it'll not take much to knack the wheels.

I have either tack welded another bolt on a undone it that way or just drilled them out, need a good drill and diamond cut titamium coated drill bit, goes straight through them no worries, just have to be carefull not to damage the thread in the process.

Another vote for welding, Use a bolt rather than a nut as you have more surface area to penetrate - Use maximium power also.

A Gator Grip Socket is another option
Previously owned loads of old E30s, E34s, a few E36s, E32s, E39s and an E38.

Currently in a diesel Audi - miss me old E30's....
