What makes an E30 an AC Schnitzer?

they did all the same things as hartge,alpina so 2.7's ,roll bars, springs, bodykits,steering wheels and gear nobs,
but i've never seen one or heard of any where in this country, all thier stuff is NLA from the dealers

I've seen a Ac Schnitzer S3 here in SA... but it has a M-Tech2 on it... my Tuner's wife drives it 
The rest of the car is pure AC Schnitzer... steering wheel, gearknob, seats...etc
