Ignore Morat, give them to me for safe keeping as I park on my driveway so don't even come close to grass verges eitherMorat wrote:Buy some nice deep dish wheels and give me the Hartges for safe keeping. I park next to grass verges - no kerbing!
Ignore both of these and swap wheels with me!suchy wrote:Ignore Morat, give them to me for safe keeping as I park on my driveway so don't even come close to grass verges eitherMorat wrote:Buy some nice deep dish wheels and give me the Hartges for safe keeping. I think some metro rims will do the trick lol,Kemix wrote:I think some deep dish Borbet A's would look better

Same could be said for the BBS though. Personally I don't like the Borbet range so I'm not sticking up for it. Standard BBS do look a bit plain but people put them on because they are the 'correct wheel' and therefore anything else just doesn't look right (just ask Ratch his opinion on this!!) or because they're copying everyone else- which is also the same with Borbet A's. I do particularly like the split rim varieties though.oldroydsr4 wrote:Borbet A's are the choice of wheel for someone with no imagination.

I agree with you on the "I want dish" brigade and don't want to/can't afford properly special wheels or know what there is out there. Not dis'n the Borbet crowd, just not my cuppaoldroydsr4 wrote:I agree but half the time borbet a's are purchased by people who are having an attempt at the 'euro' look and don't know what other wheels are available or are not prepared to pay for them.
I'm not saying I don't like them because they can look good , if you don't mind looking like every other e30 with deepdish wheels in the uk.

I wouldn't go that far lolKemix wrote:I am clued up on the deep dish wheel range, and I still think Borbet A's suit the e30 best. No wonder theyre so popular. Or maybe I just have 'no imagination'!

Maybe I'm the imagination-less onetonybtonyb wrote:No prob fella I love the Azev A's as well a great rim! I have a set of these that will need to be refurb next year hopefully
