How do i find out what diff i got on my 91 320iSE, it aint a LSD. Thinking of changing it for lower revs when cruising at 80.

Pretty sure it's a 4.10, especially as you mention it revs high when on the motorway, my 320i touring is the same, will be changing it for a 3.64 soon.
Find out by checking the tag on the back of the diff, to the right of the filler plugs, may need some cleaning before you can read it though.

I got a 4.1 anyone want to swop for a 3.64, mines got 56000 miles on it, the pinion seal is leaking though.
