head light adjuster

Hi

I have a "more" door 89 320ise and being a rookie bmw owner was wondering if my motor should have h/light adjusters as nearly all the interiors I have seen on here do.......mine dont ?????

a lot of e30's were fitted with headlight adjusters but hardly any work any more. mine isnt connected but i still have the stupid dial in the dash.
