to be honest its only the side skirts that are the issue, you can use the front and rear standard mtech kit

It really depends upon the MTec kit that you want - Is it the MTech I or MTech 2 that you want and that depends on the year of your convertible. I think that anything older than a H plate (1990) would be for the chrome/colour coded chrome bumpers and would require the MTech I bodykits. Anything newer would of course, need to be the MTech II bodykit. Also remember that you will need to have different side skirts than the other bodykits, to take into account of the deeper sills. Some people have slightly modded their side skirts to take into account for this, but it can be tricky.j555boy wrote:where is the best place to get a full mtec bodykit for a convertible cheers for the help
You also need to be cateful that you are buying OEM and not copies as these will be fibreglass ones and don't always fit precisely.
If you do come across a bodykit, it would be wise to buy the jig from the $tealers to ensure that you drill the holes in the exact position.
Also you probably won't come across a cheap MTech bodykit.
I wish you every luck in your search.
