Such a blush on today folks, sold my 325 to Carl(Beavis2k4) he's drove down from Edinburgh to get it,has a look round the car and I'm telling him wots been done and what needs done to it, and almost before our eyes theres a pool appears beside the offside rear wheel, bends down to see if it smells of anything and its bloody petrol!what a showing up, luckily enough he saw it had just happened the car must have stood for at least 3 weeks with a half tank of petrol and been dry as a bone.Thats honest ,can you believe the fluke in that?

Most recent being my well documented fuel pump failure the minute I left the UK for three weeks, and last week, went off to pick up some sbay gear, 170 miles away. Stopped for fuel half way, glove box latch broke (shut) with my wallet, credit card and Ԛ£700 cash inside!!!

I had to get the things out - or I wouldn't even have had enough fuel to get home!.elliot wrote:where is it that you live againmy wallet, credit card and Ԛ£700 cash inside!!!![]()
Undid the two 10mm nuts at the back that hold the hinge plate, and flipped that off. This allowed things to drop just enough to get a screwdriver on the two cross head screws that hold the front of the metal bracket that the catch latches to.
With these out, I could force the whole thing low enough to get my hand in over the top from the side with the passenger door open.
