I wonder if anyone would be interested in an E30Zone cap, beenie, t-shirt, fleese etc
Obviously this would have to be run past the mods first, re style, design etc and they can run things if they want but im happy to do it if they dont..
I have been a member of www.pistonheads.com for about 61 months and they have some good clothing and I contact the guy that runs their site and asked where they get their gear from.
They said they get their branded clothing from http://www.fieldclassics.co.uk/ so would there be any interest in some E30Zone branded clothing, if there was i would have to look into costs etc.
If something is already in the pipeline then fine, sory to have bothered you. Obviously I dont want to tread on anyones toes.

a fleece with the e30zone logo on the chest (on the left boob area) would be cool. especially with winter coming.

Fleece would be cool, i already have one with my name on one boob and the logo of the car club i do the web work for on the other boob (i dont have man boobs).
Would be very shweet if we could have e30zone shirts like the bmw williams f1 pit crew shirts.

I dont know. My old Pistonheads Beanie has the logo stiched directly onto it but in the picture above it looks like the logo is stuck on.Simon13 wrote:e30zone hat beanie like that pistonheads one. keeps my head warm at work and sends the messege out, fleece would help me too!!

I have requested a catalouge as it contains much more variety than they can show on the site.
Could incorporate the official E30Zone logo that is being designed for the stickers but depends how complicated it would be to embroider.
Fleece and hat colours would need to be agreed to keep things simple. After looking at what colours they do this could be put to a vote. Personally I think Navy/dark blue with silver stitching would look good.

These are great ideas but you need to think about who's going to foot the bill to get them made in the first place.
The zone doesn't make any money so there are no funds to buy this stuff in. The shop is run by an independant company for us and we receive no profit from it.

Thats a good point. Off the top of my head we could treat it like a group buy, ie we find out how many people would like a cap and if there is say 20 of us we could get a batch made up. I dont mind putting up some money to get it started.E30Adam wrote:These are great ideas but you need to think about who's going to foot the bill to get them made in the first place.

A cap would be the obvious start as they are a universal fit so anyone could buy one. Perhaps make a little on each cap to set up a small float then get some beanies made then progress onto things like fleeces.
The float would allow us to get a range of sizes of fleece and if there were a few unsold then that would cover the cost of them so im not out of pocket.
does that sound fair

Exactly mate. Wilson, if you think the changes being made are a bad thing then you don't know how wrong you are. In a years time you will see a very different and much improved zone.Cotty180 wrote:It only wont happpen if nobody does anything about it. Cotty, these are my thoughts exactly. Get some small merchandise going to start off with to make a little moey to get some more products on the go. Once we have built up some funds we can offer some great products for sale at cost price to zoners. What we make on the goods will be used to buy more!
I think the idea of a group buy to begin with is a great idea. We would have a small markup on the products to get a little money that we can use to buy some different things.
