bit like Marmite i reckon, you either love 'em or hate 'em kinda thing. Personally, i'm a fan of the old carbon bonnets, so i'd go for it :)

Just paint it white! best of both! Save the weight, but keep the car looking standard.

im going to have it..the scratches are worse than i though so a refurb is in order for it..however i am possibly looking at rebuilding my e30 over xmas so it prob wont be going back on as im going back to standard sleeper style...then i will sell it ,i cant miss out on buying it.so it willl be in for sale section in a few months..along with the mtech moredoor kit and 17s etc

If your going to remove the tech 2 kit your going to be left with holes all over that will need filling. Alot more trouble that a 4 door turd is worth.

Holes all along the sills (if it has any left) two holes in the bottom of the wings and in the wheel arch lips at the back.

Unless your going to weld and re paint the bottom half of the car it will have to stay on

hhhhhhhmmmmm.good point....i may aswell leave the kit on then ..im having it done in ruby black after the new engine and running gear is fitted.kit is coming off for a bit anyway to have all the welding done (sills ha ha) and all tidied up and then resprayed..just dont fancy a carbon bonnet on it as most of the panels are in real good condition..
