I'd highly recommend you removing that scan, you're breaching copyright laws expecially as the mag isn't even on newsagent shelves yet!!

If this breaching any laws you are a mob please remove scan for me please.I have posted articles from the bmw mags on here before because I subcribe to all 3.And they arrive a number of days before they get to the shops.Other people have posted articles from mags on here the full article and you have not said anything before.Perhaps you should do a thread on the do's and dont's of posting things from the mags on here. But I cannot see any harm done as folks will want to go out and buy the mag.But it's still the dogs danglers don't you think.

It doesn't bother me if you scan the whole mag and post it on here, I was only telling you for your own good. Mags people have scanned before have been old issues that probably aren't available for resale. You just posted something that isn't even out in the shops yet, I'd be pretty pissed if I was PBMW. Like I said though, it's your choice.

Hey i havent even seen it yet. Jem i dont think Adam is having a pop at you mate. He's right that the mags dont like it when pictures of a car they are featuring turns up on the net before the mag is even out. I asked for some negatives of the car so that i could get some posters done and i was told about the copyright issues as well before being given them. Anyway, the mag is out now, so i'm sure PBMW wont mind if you stick a few pics on the forum now. I went hunting for a copy of the mag yesterday, but had no luck, so i guess it's time to go back out today, although saying that Louise (Feature writer) promised to send me a few copies in the post. I will be coming to as many meets as i can this year so you can all see the car in the flesh and i can meet some more zone members and out some faces to names.

P.s Dipp's car is in there somewhere as well i think :thumb:

Louise is lovely. Suggest you ask Iain C for some negatives..(if they are on wet film) did Max do the shoot? I got my pics blown up for the front room!

Dipp? do ya mean Dippa??? his baby blue E36 rocked if it's the same person, the one with the ibher front bumpa and smooth as a baby's bum??

Just seen the mag. I'm not that happy with the pictures. Max took 4 hours of pictures and i know there are much better ones than the ones in the mag, cause Louise sent me some negatives and they looked fat. I guess at the end of the day, it comes down to individual tast with the, but they are not the pictures i would have used.

I also asked for my mate to be given a big thanks for sorting out my ICE. He gave up every Saturday for over 2 months to do it all, but he only got a tiny mention in the thanks section and it made it sound like he only helped out a little when he single handedly done all the work. Ho well. I guess it's done now, but i would insist on seeing any feature of mine again in advance, before it goes to print. :x

ok m8...its just there was a fantastic baby blue E36 with the reg D1PPA on the scene a couple of years ago and i wondered if it was the same guy!!!

sorry 2 hear you are unhappy with the pics, there was a pic i was sent wet film neg that i thought would have looked amazin (it was taken from down low 45 degrees lookin up at the front offside), made LUI look hard as nails, but end of day i've got that on my wall at home...

as for the editorial content, i can't really comment but i know how much your ICE means to ya and your honest bloke sayin ya m8 gave ya all that help, at least it was recognised even though it was in the 'thanks' section...

a lot of ppl get 'sponsored' n then just stick a little thanks in that section, and i believe in credit where credit is due

end of day m8, yer car speaks for itself! b proud, its an achievement. taken it to another level...

Dont get me wrong. My car is by no means an ICE car. It's just that when somebody gives up their weekends for over 2 months for free just to sort out your ICE, they deserve a big thank you in the most public way possible. It's just little things like choosing a picture of the car from a back angle with all the screens off, when they could have choosen one with the screens on and the picture of the car on the last page being chopped in half. Iain also made a big point about Max being the best in the business when it comes to capturing the colour of a car, but believe me the coloure of my car is a lot more striking than it looks in the pictures. In fact the whole car looks a lot more bling, bling in the flesh as i'm sure you'll see at the Extreme wheels show (If you guys go) Anyway. It's done now, so enough of my ranting and raving. I got in PBMW and like you said "THATS WHAT COUNTS"

absolute quality - fair play - and i know for a fact the paint is amazin. Dunno about extreme wheels...yet!! But it will be good to meet ya.
Totally agree with ya about giving credit where credit is due!!! It's hard graft and we know how much that means...time is expensive these days especially for skilled labour!!! and what a job he did!!!

Try and make it to Extreme or to one of the meets. I will make sure i bring Westside with me. He's having his PBMW shoot today. I was meant to go with him, but i've got an importatnt meeting so had to pull out at the last minute. He's selling his car now to buy a convertible for the summer, and i think he may already have a buyer for it, so we'll have to meet up soon
