What should I do with my 320i?

I bought a G reg red 320i se a few months ago, spent some money fixing up the interior and then the mot ran out. Having a 600pound estimate from the garage to fix it I went and bought myself a newer 530i which i still drive. I'm planning to leave the country in about a month. The car has a few body scratches and a little rust but overall is in alright condition looks wise. There are however a few mechanical problems. There is corrosion on the rear brake pipes, play in the front ns track rod and a hole in the exhaust. For me to fix this myself I estimate it'll cost me at least 250 pounds for parts and paint and stuff.

Is it worth me fixing it? What is a g reg 320i se with 150kmiles worth when in good condition? What is a 320 worth in bad condition with no mot?
