help! could someone with etk loook something up for me?

Hi i am doing a big job on my car this sat and i am in the process of sorting out the last few little parts - unfortunately my nearest bmw garage (which is 60 miles away that i drove to today without knowing was shut) is closed for a week due to moving location....
i badly need some part numbers
so my car is a 1991 e30 320i SE
i am looking for the gasket that goes between the manifold and the head part number.

if you are feeling especially generous i would also really appreciate the bushings part number for this car - i have the type with no rear anti roll bar, see i am replacing springs and shock aswell as the exhaust and while the car is that broken down i would like to replace all the suspension bushings as they are all on the way out - i will have to call in the order to a garage further north tommorow who will post by friday
