Sport rear seat in leather

Did the sport always have a rear central arm rest on the black leather recaro cars? mine doesnt have an arm rest. Does anyone have a photo as i seem to remeber that the sport rear seats were more "bucket" style than the leathered 318's etc.

mine is a 1989 m-tech2 and i have the rear arm rest dude, picture aint to good but you can see its there, the seats that you are on about i think were only in the m3's and cab's

Thanks TW166Y. Turns out my car, a '91 Sport in Granite silver, came with Cloth. Someone has fitted black sport leather fronts and door cards, but fitted a non armrest leather rear ( must be from a 318 or the like). Immaculate condition, but not correct for the car by the look of it. Is your car Granite or Dolphin?

Hi mate, welcome to the zone

All sports came with a rear centre armrest from the factory, as you've pointed out, it's been changed at some point, could have come from a 325i etc.
