:mad: im driving my cab again this comming winter :cry: and the thoughts of gettin in it at 6 in the morning " last winter still haunt's me",so im looking for the zone's experience on what (or not )
to buy,i have the verticle stitch type sports leather,if that makes a difference? TIA :D

Buy a cheap FWD runabout for the winter, cabbys are daft when it's cold. I recall scraping ice from the rear window of mine in November last year (I was between daily cars) and it was just daft.

Get a hardtop for it as well as heated seats. :cool:

I'm not sure if you can still buy the OEM ones from BMW, but part numbers are:-

OEM ones from bmw come in many variatios.

Heated seats vary for the following:-

M3/Cabby-cloth
M3/cabby-leather
Sport Seats-cloth
Sport Seats-Leather
Comfort (Standard Seats)-Cloth
Comfort (Standard Seats)-Leather.

Last time i checked BMW still sold the kits and for a reasonabke price IMO :D

Im right on the variations for sure. the price for the kit was About £400 IIRC all in all about 2 years back now.
