i recently ordered a top rad hose for my 325i from GSF. when it arrived it was wrong. in a rush i ordered another from a loca GSF dealer hoping to get the right on this time... again the wrong one!!! these are both BMW ref: 11.53.1.286.914

at BMW earlier i was given 11.53.1.722.216 or 11.53.1.718.982.

which of the above is the right one?

(the car is a 1990 325i touring.)

Oh well Andy seems to have taken gold, but for silver if it goes from the top of the thermostat housing directly to the top of the radiator it should be 11.53.1.722.216 - see the diagram - this assumes no air-con.

it does a 'S' bend from the top of the rad to the thermostat housing...
