As above, had an enquiry to send a set of 15" wheels without tyres to the USA.

Any ideas ?

That's exactly the sort of unsubstantiated comment that annoys me, and it doesn't help the OP at all.

I suppose you've had a bad experience and that means that all other foreign based buyers should suffer because of it ?

I've bought various items on the zone, both from UK and US based sellers and they've had no problems from me.

Spadge sent wheels to me using Interparcel.
These are sensations as hard to forget as they are to ignore.....

Always cheaper than Interparcel, Parcel2go etc for overseas. I sent a Tech 1 front valance/bumper with them to Oz £130 with them, Interparcel and the like were coming back with £200+!.

Plus as a bonus, you get a free mousemat and cup coaster with your first order!

i can also not understand what is difficult about sending wheels etc it is only a matter of cost and who pays the import duty if any.

Even the royal mail will send these items as DHL/TNT/Fed Ex/UPS will all be fairly expensive as they are weight based IIRC

+1, can't see why people moan about sending stuff overseas. the buyer pays for it and even if it was going national only it still needed packaging up anyway, distance is irrelevant. Bubble wrap is your friend!
