just wondering if there is any benifit in getting plugs leads and a coil that are "better"...
any reccomendations or is stock the way to go?

It would depend on the quality of the current ones and the engine in question. There is a kit with ignition leads, coil, and rotor cap for the M10 engine that supposedly gives a nice horsepower gain for reasonable money.
If you have rooted leads, and possibly a lazy cylinder as a result, then it can definately help lol.
Check your coil's readings with those in your repair manual to make sure its good, and make sure the resistance in all your leads is identical (should be 6K or so) and you're good to go.
