Standard for me and if your selling this will get the geniune enthusiasts interested. If it were mine and wasn't selling I'd smoke the lights but not as dark as your "council" version.

Council does stand out more, but standard looks, well, less council...
I'd also go something inbetween and slightly less council but that's only my opinion, if you're selling up leave as close to standard, if keeping do as you please as it's your car.
