That looks bloody awful. It's just big wheels and super low - whats so special?

Messing with E30 M3 dynamics is just wrong - they should just go bother some 'dub' scrap.

nope. i don't get it.

the lower than a snakes belly on some proper motorsport wheels with the geometry to suit i can understand, preferably on magnesium centrelock bbs.

nuff camberz, pimp tints etc and ruining a car thats awesome purely because of how it drives is pretty retarded.
cheers,

i am also of the opinion that it looks rubbish.

the rims suit but its too low, its has a poor quility tint job, mirrors that belong on the grey trud behind it, why did he fit an ariel on the roof, and the bonnet is not even fitted on straight, or the right colour (color for our yank friend in case he is reading about his failed attempt at a cool M3)

no an F for fail both in terms of thread and car

I think what you are all forgetting is that..it's Ollie's opinion.

This will probably be my last post. Too many 'smart arses' on this E30 forum now i'm afraid. Really sad. Noone seems to be able to make a comment or give an opinion without a tirade of abuse or ridicule.

They came with the aerial on the roof from the factory.. The bonnet is CF so it is likely it won't fit as well as an OEM one.. Hence also why it is the 'wrong colour'

It is too low and the front lip doesn't look right imo

Cutting off his nose to spite his face? To do this just to get a reaction from purists and ruin a car built on it's handling integrity in the process is the lamest self-promotional gay shit ever.

That's my reaction.

Nobody is dissing Ollie - we're dissing the car.

We should all agree to be nice?

Sort it out.

Its an american E30 if I'm not mistaken.

American's get away with stupid stances like that due to their big, open, flat roads.

You don't need camber to get stance. Just perfect arch gap. Camber just allows you to fit wider wheels and still get perfect arch gap.

Looks cool, but why do it to an m3 when you can be "scene" and do it to a dub.

and whats so clever about lowering a car until it no longer functions properly?

Stance isn't just about lowering your car, for example alot of e30's look crap when they have a reverse rake stance (back lower than front)

I guess if you don't understand it you never will.

Thank god we all like different things , it would be a boring place if we didn't.

I agree with Hairy Screech.

If you drive to work on a race track massive wheels and a supsension delete is all well and good but what the owner has ended up with there is a spine killing turd that will probably be out handled on your average road by many a sad chariot.

I can see where Ollie is coming from as asphetically it isn't too bad but for a drivers car...

I also agree with Pacerpete - Fail!

Saw this last week. I love it. Apart from the mirrors and windows.
Wheels too big? They are 17s.

The owner knew what the reaction would be from those who believe the standard M3 is the only M3, hence the plate.

I don't understand what the plate means?

There are people that believe they all should be standard but then there are the ones that adjust the car in a more subtle way to improve handling, brakes, engine etc (it was built to race wasn't it). Live and let live, the only thing I've done that doesn't comply with either are the M Parallels.

Just another sad attention seeking loser.
I am not going to shed a tear over his sorry turd, they made over 17000 M3s and he is hardly the first peasant to remove the suspension from one and council it up in pursuit of attention and glory :(

Well if thats the case maybe there should be a "no reply" option when posting a thread
This is a forum afterall, and as you state everyone is entitled to their 'opinion'
My 'opinion' is that the car looks ridiculous, it looks ridiculous 'to me' because all I can see is how crap it will drive

So he has turned his car into a heap just to get a reaction on internet forums?
