Road use? Track? mixture?
What car?
E30 M3s on 16" rims have 7.5J width also...
The standard size fitment is 245/45/16 although I believe you can get 255 cross-section on without rolling the beading...
I've got Avon ZZ1s in that size on my M3...They're pretty good road tyres, tbh, with good levels of both wet and dry grip and a fairly progressive break-away on the limit. Bit prone to squealing, though, if you push 'em...
I have no idea how much they cost, though, cos they were on the car when I got it and have loads of tread left.
When I get round to taking the car onto a track, I will most likely invest in a set of wheels and tyres just for the job....
Currently, I'm favouring either Toyo Proxes or Kumho Ecsta MX or 712s
