Mission accomplished :)

After 50 man hours and some tlc I can now claim to be a member of the BMW forced induction club

All went well, got MS in a working, manifold bolted up great, pipework was finished and installed. Quick re-check and turned key

Having to set idle was easy as with ms and some adjustment on the tb, let it tickover for 20mins, sorted small oil leak out and ventured off for a test run. Apart from some blowing from some joins in the exhaust (to be fixed at an exhaust specialist soon) the car ran well, after 10 mins of sub 3k driving I opened her up and b4 I knew it I hit the sof cut limiter and had to change up, 110mph came up very quickly

So far only a few mins actual driving, lots of mappng and adjustments to do yet, but it all hasn't quite sunk in yet, I'm shaking like a leaf still, it really was the best feeling ever, knowing I'd done it (with a lot of help form another turbo e30 owner, Thanks ANT!) made it feel even better.
