urgent last minute advice

going to pick up the motorsport on monday after a weekend away from the zone, so any last minute advice on what little things to look for before I go, that I probably forgot last time would really help!!

Hi mate,

Just go over it for a long time, using you fine tooth comb. Interior/Exterior/Underneath/Engine Bay.

Get an HPi check if you haven't already.

Look for paint overspray and signs of damage. Panel alignment etc.

Check for head gasket problems and overheating. Make sure it starts well from hot/cold with no odd noise.

When driving along listen for odd grinding/rumbling noises.

Make sure it doesn't catch fire!

Thanks a lot dave will do. everything seemed straight and true and sounded nice driving it. All panels looked good and the shut lines all seemed ok. There was slight paint peeling in a tiny spot on the lower bumper spoiler thing (near the foglights) but i guess thats not unusual and easily sorted out. Stone chipping on the bonnet, again easily sorted probably.
