1. clear lenses for front and side and cost
2. Angel eyes and cost
3. Headlamp eyebrows and cost
4. 6 branch and cost
5. Black kidney grille and cost
6. New gear knob as similar to orginal as poss and cost

Also what is the best way to cure my rear camber after going down 60mm?

You can probably get the clear lenses, grill, knob pretty cheap of someone here, or ebay
6 branch try the zone shop (clik icon up top) they might have the lenses too
