Hello boys, are the exhaust's from the down pipe back the same on a 325i as a 320i, got a 320i and have seen a pipe for sale, it only has the back box, will it be too loud????????

You need to check if you have the two, or three piece system up to the manifold to downpipe flange.
Also, it will only fit if yours has a twin pipe system.

Shouldn't be much noise difference between a 325/320 exhaust. The manifolds are the same anyway.

on mine the manifolds are the same, but the 325 exhaust is a larger diameter then the 320 right up to the silencer. thus to fit a full 325 system on a 320 is ok, but to mix and match may require reducers or some bodged cutting! you can see below the difference in diameter of the silencer tail pipes, this same difference in diameter is up to the manifold.Also worth noting that by putting a 325 exhaust on a 320 the exhaust note will not be as bassy due to the larger diameter, it will not be any louder.

my bad, its a free flow, no middle box, straight through pipe from down pipe to the back box. Will it be too loud? Its a powerflow.
