Bimmer or Beemer ?

Neither! It's BMW....... "BM" at a stretch, but the two words you're referring to are so "chav" it's unreal.

I prefer beemer myself (but am not a chav!) but i like the tune only for the reason of the words

Beemer is the better of the two I never used it, I like BM better but rarely use that either.

I try to avoid both as well. When refering to my car I rarely even say BMW by itself. I try to use just 323 but that can cause confusion with other manufacturers 323s so I usually say BMW 323. It's different to a lot of cars where the model name is sufficient. Beemer or BM seem to be used frequently by most of the people I know or talk to, but if they have got to BM is it that hard to add another letter?

i generally use beemer or bm and occationally bmw purely because it rolls off the tongue easier i find
