what 735i, an e32?
u need a manual box from an e34 530i or 535i or an e32 730i or 735i. and ideally a manual flywheel and clutch from an e28 535i/m535i.

Diff might be ok to start with, depends if it is a small case or a large case diff, what car is the e30? Also with the larger engine you will probably need to drop the final drive ratio a bit, probably 4.1 or 3.91 at the moment, really for the 3.5 you need a 3.64 or a 3.25 (or a 3.45 if you can find one).
The prop might be ok, but will probably need shortened to make up for the extra length of the engine/box.
You can't use the diff from the 735 as the output flanges on the halfshafts are different, it's a real kicker as all the 735s came with 3.25:1 slippers...
