E30 " LUX " models??

Hi, I have recently bought a 318i lux e30. What does the lux mean and does any anbody know if it gets you anything extra?!! It has electric mirrors, windows etc, but not sunroof. Its a manual, and i at first thought lux meant automatic!

i've got one too.. they originally cost about 1200 quid more than the ordinary 318i cos they do have a few extras but nobody seems to know that and so im guessing you didnt pay extra cos it was a lux?

The lux's ive seen have had such things as OBC, black headlining, differnt material on the 'comfort' seats, rear bootlid spoiler, differnt steering wheel from the rubish 4 spoke one, full electrics, and some other stuff i think, oh and they have colour coded bumpers

hello. my 316i lux has got a sunroof but not an electric one. It has leather seats aswel.

they brought them in to spec up the smaller engined cars to help shift them for the E36

Thanks fot that guys, sounds like some small differences worth having!
