If it ain't broke, fix it till it is
Bugger me £8500!, I went to see this car when it was up for around the £3300 mark. This guy is trying to make a years worth of profit from a single car. Let me see if I still have the link for it.

I've never understood why everyone thinks MotorSports are so fantastic and deserve sill prices anyway. Yes there was a limited amount made, but it's a 325 convertible with a couple of extras and that's it. Anyone can make their car into a Msport except it wont say so on the Logbook. I wonder homw much clever BMW charged for them over a normal 325
I was gutted when i sold mine especially after so much work and then driving it only about 500 miles. Might have to chop another one up soon

Chancer! Probably only paid around the £2500-3000 mark, so is looking to make a cool £6,000-5,500 profit. Someone should email him with this info and embarrass him.Fal_325i wrote:Bugger me £8500!, I went to see this car when it was up for around the £3300 mark. For that I wouldn't be happy about work needed to the paintwork, depending on what that amounts to. Auto as well, would put me off.
Silly money I reckon, not that I know much, but you'd get three or four top drawer E30 saloons for that.

So why didn't you buy it ?
By his logic if you bought it you should put it back on sale for £15k.
For that money I'd personally buy either a 911 or mint late model 928. Appreciating in value quicker than E30's anyway.
Oooo that sounded anti-E30...need to step away from the dark side and remain on the righteous path....oh yes.
