As you all know my 325i motorsport convertible had a bump a few weeks ago and i have only just now got the go ahead to get it sorted from the insurance people. It gone to a body repair shop that the insurance company deal with called NATIONWIDE CRASH REPAIR CENTRE.I dropped her of today after work and she wont be ready until the middel of next week.
She was also booked in to BM TEC in Manchester for a set of new pads as the driver side is nearly down to nothing [previous owner not me].
So when i get her back it will be to late to get the brakes sorted as the guy at bmtec is very busy and you have to book well in advance.
I also bought a 535i se last week instead of the e28 528i but that needs as mot.
A mate of a mate knows a mate that has a 325i se that he wants to sell the car is mint aside from the fact that it started to over heat a few weeks ago.The guy claims he has not driven it since he say there is no oil in the water and no water in the oil and she still ticks over fine and sounds fine he thinks its the thermostast as he has taken it out and cleaned it up but cant seem to bleed it again.
The car is cheap at Ԛ£400 but will need towing and hopefully it wont be the head gasket should i take a chance.
It might be my only way to get down to GAYDON.

Cheers
