Clean M3.Wouldn't look out of place on the road!
Although runners up for me would be tim_haynes or twotunerz
:D:D

that clean white m3s done the ring, 2500 laps of brands, snet, lydden hill. and that picture was taken just after I painted it, and after I built it, take a look at it at santa pod, and come and let me know what you think of it then, pristine it aint, lightweight, cams airbox and other goodies it has, its 1069 kgs with a qtr tank of fuel and about 230 hp, and was built from a write offbeemerbird wrote:I can't believe that people are voting for the clean, pristine, white M3 either. To be honest I'm surprised that it even made the voting stage. Yes, it's very lovely, but not lairy enough for a track car of the month vote, surely? Twotunerz FTW
I can only assume that it's being voted for by those for whom 'Council Car of the Month' was a traumatic and vomit - inducing experience

I'll do that Bob, if you come and have a look at my counciled 325 that's never been round a track...M3BOB wrote:that clean white m3s done the ring, 2500 laps of brands, snet, lydden hill. and that picture was taken just after I painted it, and after I built it, take a look at it at santa pod, and come and let me know what you think of it thenbeemerbird wrote:I can't believe that people are voting for the clean, pristine, white M3 either. As I said, Bob... your car looks lovely, and from what you've said it certainly delivers thanks to youM3BOB wrote:that clean white m3s done the ring, 2500 laps of brands, snet, lydden hill. and that picture was taken just after I painted it, and after I built it, take a look at it at santa pod, and come and let me know what you think of it then, pristine it aint, lightweight, cams airbox and other goodies it has, its 1069 kgs with a qtr tank of fuel and about 230 hp, and was built from a write offbeemerbird wrote:I can't believe that people are voting for the clean, pristine, white M3 either. Well put, that man.mrLEE30 wrote:As above all the cars are very nice, the two M3's are stunning but i find it too predictable to vote for an M3 as a track car as this is what they where designed to do, the normal E30's take more work to make them track ready and as such i feel more deserved of my track car vote - this in no way takes away the efforts you have put into your M3's!!

My comment was purely based on the one picture shown. Had I known of your cars track history my opinion would have been different, and I would have fully understood its nomination. It just looked like a really smart M3 to meM3BOB wrote:comments like im surprised it even made the voting stage then, were unnessary as well
ill have to take some and put on photobucketE30Gheko wrote:C'mon everyone let's![]()
Bob would it be too much trouble to see some more pics of your car on here? I have only seen the pic in this thread too.

No they don't.. Both need the same amount of prep.. Just because the M3 gives a better result..mrLEE30 wrote:As above all the cars are very nice, the two M3's are stunning but i find it too predictable to vote for an M3 as a track car as this is what they where designed to do, the normal E30's take more work to make them track ready and as such i feel more deserved of my track car vote - this in no way takes away the efforts you have put into your M3's!!
