Been very quiet on the project front I know, but now it actually feels like Im getting close to finishing it! everything mechanical has been done bar the brakes, FOUR people let me down with calipers over the last two months! So finally I might be getting somewhere, zone help as usual.

My sprayer is away on holiday, I am buying the paint and in two weeks, the week after he gets back its going for paint! Cannot wait, then rebuild and MOT.

JOBS DONE:

60mm lowering kit, replace loads of panels, get all wheels refurbed, new tyres (toyo), rewire sunroof switch to centre console, fit rear spoiler, complete new brake lines, new bushes all round, new front brakes, tinited headlights (thanks Simon), replace OBC, fit side skirts, new fog lights, handbrake cables, timing belt and service, radiator, exhaust shields, rub down paint and completely underseal the car. Not much really, but all time consuming especially waiting on parts!!!!!

All is well so far!!!!!!!

Regards Mark.

Full respect Mark! A lot of work there, and a fair bit of maintainence. Just reminds me how much maintainence I have to do, and the other one to get running still! Think I will quit work on the grounds of not having time for it! hehe :D

Yup cheers simon, didnt take a lot to fit, just the initial taking a drill to your baby thing! then the side skirts. Your right though I cannot wait, getting to do the final bits now, and even though its been stood for as long as it has still fires up perfect and runs without missing a beat!

NOOOOOOO, dont give up, some times I wouldnt touch it for a few weeks even a month, but its still here and Im still doing it, had a 205 project before this, sold it before I finished it, regret it now even though I have something better. KEEP GOING

THANKS AGAIN SIMON,

Regards Mark.

Should have known a true car nut would give up working before he gave up on his car!!! Nice.
