Hi
I know Bexley is good but its a million miles away from me in sunny Doncaster.
All I want to know is where everyone has had their MAF conversions done and do you recomend them.
Ta!
Decent tuning place for MAF conversion

All you need is the MAF and a unichip, so find a unichip dealer your way, must be one, I should know as I lived there for about 2 years and my parents still do.rowemeister wrote:Hi

You can get the MAF from Quarry motors or equivalant breakers, I think you need some flexible hosing to connect it all up, but the main part is getting it mapped properly, Unichips can do this, I've seen a few myself.
Try dastek.co.uk for info on where and there is a zoner who maybe able to help you out getting one too. Send us a Pm if you want the details.
HTH, Mark.
(my apologies if you knew all that

Cheers Fozzy,
Sal aka M5pilot helping out alot, just dont want to travel too far.
I suppose the journey back would be good though
There is a great BMW breaker near me, he gets all the insurance jobbies.

I think you need a e36 323i MAF, but I'm not sure tbh, you could always ask Belxleys what the recommend.rowemeister wrote:Cheers Fozzy,![]()

Or......get a MS like me and dump the AFM totally and run a map sensor and lambda, it's not as expensive as you may think
Being able to map yourself, change the settings, add other sensors etc is the way forward, but not for everyone, but there is two of us that can help out if needed
Or there is emerald, but thats about Ԛ£1k after mapping etc.
