PM Ant about a zone chip to start with.

Then think about a Big Bore Throttle Body.

Should liven it up a bit.

I don't have a 325 but *everybody* here says the two first power mods are bbtb and zone chip.

I think you need:
chips"AT"e30zone.co.uk - ant 55squid for the chip and you can easily fit it yourself.

alpina527"AT"aol.com - BBTB ~130 iirc, proably easily fit that too.

And a LSD if you haven't already got one. not only will the car be more controllable in a slide but the ratio change from 3.64 (stock open diff) to 3.91 (sport LSD) will give you acceleration gains too, albeit at the cost of higher revs for m-way cruising... not sure what the RPM vs. Speed differences are but I'm sure somebody here can tell you. Cue Karan.

Chip, Big Bore Throttle Body and BTB 6 branch are the best and easiest ways to gain some performnance and very much increase driveability.

Chip = Ԛ£55
BBTB = Ԛ£120
BTB 6 branch = Ԛ£450

I would definately recommend a good induction kit like the Pipercross and get a good exhaust system on. For around Ԛ£800-Ԛ£1000 you can totally transform your car.
