STICKY PROBLEM

I was in the process of buying a e28 528i se but its went horribly wrong,mostly my fault i guess.
I was planning on taking my 325i motorsport off the road when the repair work has to be done on the body after the bump plus i think i need new brakes.
So i was looking for a tin top and i always liked the e28s.
This 1 is very nice and very well looked after,i was supposed to pick it up 3 weeks ago [weekends].
As always at the very last minute at work i get asked to come in over the weekend as we are 8 weeks behind and we are trying to pull back but it wont happen,plus who can say no to double time.
I have offered to pay for the car in full via paypal and pick it up when i can but they do not have a paypal account.
It all came to a head yesterday and we fell out,but i still want the car the only thing i can do it catch the train up one evening after work.
Now in the meantime i spotted a nice e34 535i se with all the toys no mot or tax same as the 528i.They both need work for mot but its only bushes and a cv joint etc.
What do i do ask for a chance to come up and get the 528i or go for the 535i they both are good cars in there own right but which is the best.
First choice would be a 325i se tintop 2door but have you seen the money they want for them these days.Please make my decision for me as i cant and its sending me round the twist lol.

yea, id agree. if the 35 is the better deal .. then in a way he did u a favor by falling out. u can get the 35 guilt free
