I've never had a problem with mine Magpie. Been "followed" by a few ol' bill, even got stopped the other week and whilst having 'the chatâ„¢', had my hazards on, again no comment.. and it got no questions at all come MOT time a few months ago (was a bit sceptical when I took it as the fella who tests them isn't the most lenient of people).
Standard bulbs with about 4 layers of tint (no clear lacquer) on the lenses.

Ian

I had them on mine for a while - until I realised standard ones actually looked better.
I just had the full council-spec red flashing indicators (& never had any problems), but the proper way round it is to swap the indicator and reverse light connections over.

Nothing to do with how powerful it is; red reverse lights don't matter for the MOT, so you might as well use the remaining clear section for the indicators!magpie wrote:does the reverse light feed have more watts?Ziggy wrote:I had them on mine for a while - until I realised standard ones actually looked better.
