Ide put genuine ones on the rear and some sort of rubber ones on the front like rally style ones but not to obvious.
something like this for example.

Good call with the sparco rally ones, they might be worth considering.
Anyone seen mudflaps on realoem?

you are right, but its not just the leading edges that gets damaged. half way up the rear bumper along that edge is also showing signs of damage too...bodger wrote:id use some of that clear protective film on the leading edges, available from demon tweeks i thinkno2lurch wrote:if not looked after yeah, but my kit is getting riped up. the paint is being stripped by stones and gritbodger wrote:tec2 kit and mudflaps....now theres a recipe for rust if ever i heard one
Thanks for all the replies...
I posted in the genuine bmw parts section, but didn't get a reply so i presume theye are not made.
I am no closer to getting any mud flaps though.
on the leading edges i got some of that clear film, but i am concerned about the underside of the rear kit.
i know i can get flaps for the rear, but i am worried about the look of the car as if its lost the fronts, as i am worried about the rally slag flap type look if i went for the sparco type of flap.
anyone got any ideas on making flaps from alternative cars etc.
and yes i am aware of the rust issue of they are not looked after, but i will do my best to do the needed...
