jap style rear lights

I saw a dark blue e30 cab today in enfield, it had jap style rear
lights and they look totally
if you've been thinking about getting them "DON'T"
if i have offended anyone dont take it pesonally...

Were they chrome or black style?

I think the chrome look a bit tacky but I do like the black ones - completely transform the rear without being too blatant.

There's a chrome set on ebay at the moment for a penny(!) but I haven't seen the black ones on sale anywhere.

Maybe it's for the best...

I think the Jap style lights can look nice on the e30. But I havent seen any design which I think would suit the e30 as yet.

The jap lights are easy to get wrong. I hate to think how many unsold units, have been dumped. I am sure manufacturers have wasted alot of money attempting to design nice ones.

now tha is f**k*d. the owners should be shot. theres a 5 series near where i live check this.. its bright yellow, not dakar yellow, some shitty paint jobby yellow. the owners painted, yes painted with a brush dragonny blue stripes down the sides. hes added stick on air vents as on shitty fiesta's to the bonnet. and mor..... will try to get a picture, but hope he dont catch me takin it cos hes a big f88k of a guy.
